just bought it and noticed a problem with indicators you flick the switch and 5-10 seconds later they start blinking, voltage problem maybe or relay not sure its a 99 any help would be greatfull

Do you know where the indicator relay is? flick the switch and then give the relay a tap with your knuckle. do the indicators spring into life quicker? if so that's your problem.
