have an older version. pretty impressed with it. does exactly what a mouse should do. nice and smooth and works on ANY surface, even from a reasonable distance. frequently have it tracking on some jeans/sofa/my own hand and its not much different from a mousmat

I have one and yeah its great. Works on any surface which is nice and the battery life is brilliant.
