You can see the past 30 days worth if you click on the 'profile' button at the bottom of your post, or your name in the 'currently logged in' box at the top of the index page.
I have no idea how to view historical karma ratings; there's probably a php query that'll allow it, but I can't be bothered to look it up.

You can see what ratings have been given to you.

Only Korn gets to see the logs of the actual Karma system, which isn't directly related to ratings, though they are of course part of it.
