On a new model, only the taste police to watch out for Wink

Brother has a P reg one, absolutely stunning! Goes well and has 48,000kms on the clock.

Nothing to really look out for, they appear to be bulletproof!

2008?!

Has someone started importing the latest models? These are unofficial bikes, ie grey imports....

Other than that the charging system is prone to playing up but being 2008 that should of been sorted by now.

This one is wiki page at 2ch.

I'll try myself if this isn't readable.
edit. I had 2002 model as a first proper bike. It was almighty bike.
I felt it very heavy at first. 2008 model(Revo) is heavier than 2002 model. I suggest engine guard if you don't want to scratch engine when you drop it. I attached guard after I dropped and it costed me a lot.
It's best seller entry 400 and it has nearly no negative point. MPG may be worse than 500 twin cause it revs 7000rpm at 60mph. A little bit noisy when you cruise at 60.

i had a 1994 model a bit back, didn't think you could get a 08 one as mine was an import. Cracking little bike. Low seat height and good MPG. Only thing is the electrics are stored in the front light unit so may get damp but i never had this issue through 1 winter Smile

i think the newer ones look better, much neater tail end on them.

I have a '94 reg one and by rights it should have blown up or broke a long time ago with how i treat it, i think there impossible to kill Laughing

Die. Now. Laughing

I think they have made them look a little less "aggressive" which is a shame.

What you really need to look out for is those people whos parents have forbidden them from buying a bike with their own money finding out your parents bought you a newer bike than the like of I will ever own and angrily attacking you with a bat Laughing
