It will likely be a shouldered bolt, so it can be tightened up without clamping the lever itself.
Best to just order a new one from Yamaha.
As a short term bodge you might be able to get away with a bolt with a large penny washer (to stop the lever coming off) and a load of small washers inside the lever (to space the penny washer away from the lever and provide something for the lever to pivot on).
