As in..
Throttle/return
Clutch
Choke
Brake...
Thing is i'm planing on changing my handle bars in the no too distant future and the will more than likely need different cables, using the standard sleeve is it reasonably easy to make replacement cables?
I'm guessing you just buy the ends the cable and some sort of tool to join them?
(apart from that £15 for a cable is a little bit steep lets face it)
Anywhere i should be looking any tips for putting them together? ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |

Great stuff, thanks for that...
If the sleaves need replacing and they can do it, is here any reason i couldn't use their sleave to make my own cables in future?
I do have a soldering iron and a confidence to wield it if that makes a difference? (though unless its allot cheeper or better i'd prefer the solderless option probably) any good places for this kit that you know of? ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |

To Be perfectly honest i don't know if i will, sods law stipulates it will so though i'd look into it anyway... also like i said its got to be cheeper to make my own?? (even if i have to have some sleaves made up for it)
Kickstart - Yeh i could always order them in advance and make sure to have a spare, it would be a pain if i got stuck without one
Actually think i might make an extra thread concerning the bars.... ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |
