need help with kickstart repair

i am havin trouble with the kickstart on my gilera tg2 i have taken the engine out (to strip) i was draining the gear oil out and got distracted i took out the wrong nut and the kickstart spun off so now there is no tension in the spring and to be fair im not sure how to repair the problem can anyone give advice ????

I have some sterling advice for you chap.
1. Learn where the caps lock and or shift key is, to capitalise letters, like I, or G in Gilera, or at the start of a sentence.
2. Comma and full stop, find them.
3. Question marks, one is sufficient.
4. Post in the correct section, perhaps the handy section called "The Workshop"

This should help you in your quest to fix your scooter.
