had a crash in them a few months back and had a small rip, which kind of developed into a hole so now not really usable, they were only cheap and i wanted some decent ones that would last Smile

Sorry reading that back using "What was the damage" as a way of asking how much were the Sidi's was pretty confusing.

Shocked

That's a pretty good deal you got there especially free gloves thrown in. Thumbs Up

They were on my short list of ones to buy but opted for some TCX ones instead.

6 months down the line i'll probably wish I went for the Sidi's.

well ive always liked the look of the sidis, and didnt want anything over sporty and something comfortable, tried them on and they were a massive improvement over my last boots so i bit the bullet and forked out for a pair

I think especially with boots, the old adage of "you get what you pay for" applies.

I had some Spada Thunders which done the job but were merging all my toes into one Sad . So done the same as you, opted for decent ones and hope they last a good while.

Those do look nice, much nicer than most motorbike boots. But christ, £140 for some boots seems a bit too much like madness to me. I'm gonna buy some goretex army boots instead I think.
