Just ordering some oil for my CBR 600 (1998). I'm going for Rockoil 4stroke fully synthetic . Any thoughts??

Either will do - I'd go for the semi. Any good brand oil will be just fine, changint it often is the most important part.

On a bike of that age I would also go for the semi-synthetic.

Hein Gericke still do 4 litres of semi plus a free oil filter for £23 or so.
