Do I have to mention this on my new insurance policy? and if so what conviction code should I use?

In the words of the great Donald Sutherland - 'Definately an antisocial type - woof, woof, woof!'

Nothing on your license? I wouldn't say a bloody word.

That's seriously an offense? What if someone at the lights is rolling backwards and about to hit you? Or were you waiting outside of someones house and beep for them to hurry up?

I think that's another law, like why builders can't stand cutting stuff until a certain time. My bike exhaust is properly loud when the choke is on, I have to push it to the top of the street if I'm starting work early.

What conviction code is on your license?

None, you say? Then how would an insurer find out about it?

You are allowed to use your horn any time you like if are using it to avoid a dangerous situation etc.

To the OP - its a non-endorsable fine so you do not need to tell you insurance company about it.
