Hi all,

Need a better car for work so this is the first to go. I paid £1500 for it last year and have spent over £1000 repariring it.

Good

2003 Crf450
New piston (£80)
Re-lined barrel (£120)
New Conrod (£70)
Reconditioned head with new stainless valves (£350 + £140)
Good tyres
Good chain, sprockets etc
Good brakes
Choice of standard or weighted Trailtech flywheel (comes with both)
Road reg with No. plate and V5 in my name
Starts first kick (*with fresh fuel)
Fatbars
Some fancy yokes and engine covers

Not so good

Carb needs tweaking as its a bit fluffy till warm and dies on full throttle untill its been running a few mins
No tax or MOT as they ran out earlier this year (daylight MOT, will pass with ease all the brakes and suspension are spot on)
Usual SM related marks etc

*Had it started for the first time in a couple of months yesterday. A bit of a pain to get started initially & a bit reluctant to tick over but improved as it warmed up. Should have drained the tank

Located in Suffolk, looking for £1500 firm

Cheers

Isn't this the one you wanted to swap for my 300? I would have snapped over that. Still would if I had the spare cash.
