Yeah, I know this ain't the outing and excursions forum, but more people will read it. Please don't move it till after tomorrow. Thumbs Up Karma

Glastonbury Festival tickets go on sale tomorrow (1st April)at 8pm. They'll be £119 including postage and booking fees.

You can buy from Aloud.com or the ticket line on 0870 830 2004. No where else is selling them so don't buy elsewhere even if they have them on offer.

They'll sellout within the evening, so don't forget if you're coming. Thumbs Up

Carling Weekend tickets don't go on sale till May/June I think. Not as much of a problem for them though.

Went on ZX6R to Reading, was interesting, bike needed cleaning lots after though cos of too much dust. Sad

duh, getting Reading mixed up with Glastonbury (no sleep = dim zero)
I know the feeling, the road into the venue was about half a mile (maybe more) of dirt track, it was amazing good fun Very Happy but i bet the guys on their r6's and ninjas didn't think so!

edit: git- what will you be doing there if you don't mind my asking?

If you have plenty of locks and a cover you have nothing to worry about, the parking area (at leads anyways) can't be accessed unless you have a ticket, theres guards allover the place i doubt you'd have a problem, safer then your average car park though...

Just a quick bump....

Glastonbury actually has a secure bike parking section I believe, might be worth considering as it'll be a lot easier to get in/out: though much reduced luggage space; took a backpack just under 6 stone last year Confused.

For Reading, if people do need off-site bike parking this can probably be accomadated.

It's secure unless your bike sinks in the mud. Confused Not that there's going to be any mud of course.

Managed to book them at some stupid hour this morning, and the email confirmation only just came through to my email, so I've spent time trying to buy more Laughing.
