Aprilia problem, sort of? (Video Included)

Hi there, just generally looking for any ideas or advice you guys have on what this could be, the bike cuts out after 5/10 minutes 'cause there isn't enough fuel getting to it.

As you can see the fuel is barely coming through the filter, we've checked and cleaned pretty much everything and we're stumped.
Didn't think it was enough to put in the mechanics section as have done before without the video, just looking for some crazy ideas on what it could be? haha

Stupid question, but you have checked the fuel tap is on right? Had to ask.....

Thanks for the heads up, I'll go on the website now.

Yeah I've had it on haha, I've ridden it up and down the street and all that, and then it cuts out. Everything has been checked like the tap being clean the filter the car etc etc. We came to the conclusion it must be something to do with not getting enough air to pull it through, so it's either the airbox or the carb, probably something small and stupid haha!

Hi! Have you checked the breathers for the fuel tank are not blocked with road grime at the end or kinked where the tanks been lifted? An easy check is that when it cuts out and you open the tank you can hear it suck some air in.

Thats the simplest thing I can think of right now before you go messing about with the airbox!

Have you tried running it with the fuel cap open? Also on a RS125 their is a gauze filter where the fuel line fitting goes into the carb, is it clean, cos if this is blocked it won't pull fuel.

The rs doesnt come as standard with an inline filter like that as far as im aware, one was fitted on mine because of the sediment in the tank, have you checked the carb for a blockage? .
