Yes, you can drive/ride as soon as you pass your test. It means that if you are in a situation where you need to produce your licence, test certificates are not accepted. This stops people from not bothering to get their licences updated so the DVLA can (attempt) to keep track of who is entitled to drive/ride what.
You're good to ride, bud. If you haven't sent your paperwork off yet then get copies of everything. The guy who did my test for me offered to send everything away so I kept hold of all of my certificates, to cover your arse make sure you have something handy that says you have passed. ____________________ Theory test - 19/8/09, CBT - 11/10/09, MOD 1 - 16/8/10, MOD 2 - 27/10/10
