Honda and Yamaha are doing OK from their 125s and scooters, but only in number of registrations. I'd be more interested in the total value of sales.
Triumph and BMW probably have decent margins, but Suzuki and Kawasaki, oh dear. Suzuki's sales have more than halved in 2 years - no wonder they're having a fire sale at the moment.
