down size grips???

Hi there,

I recently brought some new grips for my bike, before I brought them i took a tape measure to my hand bars and measured them to 1" so i brought 1" grips.

attempted to fit them today and their two big, so im assuming my handle bars are 7/8" not 1".

just wondering if threes anyway to make the grips fit the bike or do i have to sell them and get some 7/8" ones?

any help appreciated,

you could bodge it by tightly rapping insulating tape around the bars.

But as it is the handle bar grips I would recommend you get some that fit.
