NSR 125 replacement decals

Hi.

I am respraying my plastics and sprucing my bike up a bit. The plastics are looking very tired. I will be painting the same colours. I have been looking all over the place trying to find a full set of replacement decals but I am unable to find anything. The sets I have found in the usual places have the NSR decals but they don't have the grey bottom bits or the white pieces. I am not touching the tank so thats not a problem.

Any ideas?

what about here? you can specify which colour you want.... They may do you a custom set?

the pict shows a 2001 colour code R127
if you buy all genuine stickers it could be around £400
you should respray all bike

you have some genuine stickers but if you visit closely , you will find sponsors set . they can give you different size to fit your bike . for example : if a sticker is 10" you can order that as reduce of 10%,20%,30% which give you 9",8",7"
if you dont know the length of your sticker choice , mail them and ask , so you'll be able to calculate

Thanks for the info. I have emailed a couple of company's that make up sticker sets after seeing how much it could cost using original Honda ones Not worth the investment.

Two places have quoted £110 and the other £70 for a full set, far more reasonable.

If anyone wants to know the companies in question, let me know.

Hi I'm also restoring an NSR 125 in those colours but the lower fairings need to be painted as the previous owner crashed on the right hand side and couldn't find those stickers anywhere. Could you please post the company details and pictures/review of the stickers when you get them?

Give these guys a call - they're based in derbyshire. I got new decals for my ZX6R done from them and they are just as good as the real thing, if not better, because they're all laser cut.

You can't tell the difference. £70 is cheap mind! It cost me £50 to get a numberboard put on for my ZX6R, but they DID apply it.

When you look at how much individual decals cost, then it's relatively cheap. I take that's for EVERYTHING - the white swoops, the NSR logo, HONDA logo and supersport?

Bear in mind that's quite a sizeable area of processed vinyl, consider it at steal!

The price for the decals is correct. It includes all of the swooshes, grey and white bits and all the NSR bits etc for both sides.

Now for paint. Does anyone know how much paint I am going to need and perhaps recommend a place to buy it from?

Basically all the plastics, the tank can stay as it is as there is nothing wrong with it. And yes R 127 is my colour.

sorry for the delay due to my thinkings about the best way to do your job
for the back fairings it's no stickers for that , so you do a complete blue then go to xtreemdecals and buy the complete board #539 (click NSR series then go down) 39$ is a good price . about colours : 1- is NSR & R (choose chrome silver) 2- is "supersprint" 3- is honda & wings so choose your colours
now , about the paint :
blue is southern blue PB-149 (ref # 39-0924)
red is sparkling red R-127 (ref # 39-0981)
white is ceramic white NH-0 (# 39-1294),NH-24 (# 39-1005),NH-250 (# 39-1526)
2 cans of 400ml from each colour will be plenty enough
you need also 2 cans of varnish (as you like it) :
- glossy #21-0007
- mat #21-0577
