Anyone tryed to make their own muffler I want a size that isn t available .. probably copy a 1 1/2 in. glass packed system with different external dimensions ......( want to mount it like a buell ) waist of time ??
I dont want it to sound horrible
I cant find anything on this anywhere .. any help would be great

Might be best to talk to somewhere like https://www.zorstec.net/ , I believe their prices are very reasonable compared to factory made ones. It's not so much the sound I'd be worried about, but how it affects the engine/perfornace.

Hi

There are loads of places doing stainless steel exhausts. Mainly for cars but another place is OS Stainless.
