Cat C and D bikes need vic check ??

Hi guys im not to sure waether cat C or D bikes have to go for vic check , if any one knows and could tell me i would be very greatful.

Ok thanks alot for the help bud really appricate it , im looking to buy a dt 125 , on a cat C. The forks are slightly bent but my mates dad has a press which will straighten them up.

All im worried about is applying for the log book

Where did you get the bike from without a logbook? It should be fine to apply for it as long as it's not nicked.
