Anyone on here been using the jQuery mobile framework to build smartphone apps?

As I don't know any other programming languages like c+ or whatever they're normally built with, the jQuery framework is looking like a good way to deploy some apps I need to build.

Just wondering if anyone has actually built any and what you've used them for?

Nobody?

I'll be more specific then, what's the best way to push dynamic content to your app from a web server? I can build the apps no problem but the issue is updating them without releasing a new version of the app each time which would be rubbish.
