Can't sleep and just turned to ITV and they have a show where a fat bloke wins £100000 for catching a ball and walking a straight line FFS! his mate only has one tooth and his Mrs has jizz in her hair. How low can TV get?

Oh, you'll know soon enough. Those genetic scrapings will soon have their own retrospective biopic; describing their arduous odyssey toward getting to the point of being a fat, one-toothed, hair-bejizzed collective.

i enjoy the Cube. Simply for the fact that the things on there any idiot could do easy enough. It is a great show of what the brain does under pressure though. Shows just how hard things can become when something important relies on your senses.

Next time you do force yourself to watch it notice how, when it gets to big money, Phillip Gopher tells the contestant how much he is playing for.

"The next game is for 10 thousands pounds. All you have to do, for 10 thousand pounds is catch the ball. 10 thousand pounds just for catching a ball. Can you do it? remember its for 10 thousand pounds."

Then there's the structure itself. Isolated from the outside world, even though its see through your in there, the door closes and your brain confirms the fact your all alone in there. Its brightly lit inside so the chances are you cannot see the audience but you know they are there and they can see you which adds to the pressure.

All in all its a good show of how the brain functions under pressure. The varied games are there to test everyones strengths and weaknesses. Sure they are easy games but look how simple the games are when they test subjects with cold tests, low oxygen tests etc. They are all simple tests any idiot could do but with added pressure/ conditions they struggle.

Me? Under the same kind of pressure I could probably build the tower thing in the game, I could probably ballence across the beam but I doubt my dexterity would be good enough to catch the ball.
