Wanted: A cheap <33bhp or restricted Bike

Hi guys,
Basically, I'm after a motorbike the is under 33bhp or restricted to, anything really, but has to be cheap...really cheap, I'm thinking £700 or so. I'm thinking along the lines of a 1990s twin 500 (Er5, cb500, gpz500) but anything which meets those criteria will be fine.
I have 2 homes, Wiltshire and Birmingham, so if your in either of those places or in between then I would be interested.
