I'd never heard of them before, but they look pretty good and potentially seriously comfy. If they were somewhat cheaper I'd have no hesitation ordering some just in case they really are as good as you say.

The Nike uk website specifically says 30 day no-cost returns, if that's all that's stopping you : Nike

Since they've over £100 it doesn't even matter if it's Paypal or credit card, you'll get your money back.

Urgh. It depends. Made to order isn't necessarily the same as "goods made to the consumer’s specifications", but it's close enough that you'd have to argue it. I'd assume that the distance selling regulations don't apply, and you'd have to fall back on the sale of goods act, which is also a tough one for clothing sizes.

Looks like they are custom made. As such you would have a very tough job under CCA. Would not even want to attempt anything under paypal. Remember you only have 40 days under PP and if it takes 5 weeks... you only have a few days.
Aside if you pay via paypal, then CCA will not apply if you use credit card to pay paypal Thumbs Up
