I first I noticed there was like a problem when I was about twenty and I went to the doctors, and I think he spotted it straight away and then of course they sent me to the specialists.

And they did loads of tests, and he said, and I shall never forget his words, "it’s confirmed, you are a lazy cow". Well of course that didn’t half shock me, because me mother had it and there's a good chance I’ll pass it onto my kids because it’s genetic.
