Hello all

XJ600 Diversion 1992 with non-standard rear caliper. I've put out a request for the proper caliper in the wanted forum, but in the meantime can anyone help me identify what this caliper is off so I can get pads.

These are the correct XJ600 pads which dont fit the caliper..

Posting a picture of the pads that came out would probably make it easier to identify.

That would be all too easy.

When I bought the bike the rear caliper was off. I naturally assumed that it was the correct one for the bike but thats not the case. I'm either looking for the correct caliper, or pads for this one.

Thanks

Would this be of any interest? ~£50 for a complete caliper's not bad.

:edit: Having said that, this is a titanic steal, so ignore the previous link.

Hello,
That "rear" caliper looks suprisingly close to a diversion front caliper
Cheers

Sorry,
the rear caliper has opposing pistins and 2 bleed nipples, the new pads you have appear to be correct
Cheers

Edit, got a pdf manual if you want it

Stalk - Your a genius. I've just tried my pads in the 'rear' caliper and they fit, so I've got a Diversion with 2 front brake calipers. I've ordered a new rear now though.
Thanks once again for everyones help
