No. And there's no option for no.

Please change thread title to "if you wear a watch", or include an option for the watchless wonders of this world.

I don't either. The battery went flat, and I still haven't got round to changing it.

I'll vote for when I did used to wear one. Thumbs Up

I feel naked without a watch. I have been known to buy a new one at lunchtime if I somehow manage to leave home without one. Usually I only ever look at it when I'm not wearing it, so the lack of it ruins a whole day.

I wear mine in the right wrist, which is apparently more common for lefties. I'm a rightie, though.

This is one such impulse buy and I love it.

Right hand (left handed), face up most the time. Lost some weight and it now moves freely.

Never owned a watch in my life, what is the point as there are clocks all over the place.

I wear mine round my cock. Cool

Left wrist, face is on the top of my wrist. Seriously, why wear a watch if it's facing the fucking floor? I spent a fair few quid on mine, it's a nice Raymond Weil so why wear it facing away from you?

The way I see watches, they're an investment for a good number of years. I could easily justify spending money on a good watch as I see it something I will have in many, many years to come. Something maybe to give to the kids if I have them. My grandad had a gold Rotax or Rotary? watch, he'd had it for 30 years and my div brother lost it on a night out.

I've got a very nice seiko chronograph, used to wear it on the left facing inwards, but don't do it anymore.

Dont ask why.. working in an office now means i don't see the inside of my hands much anymore.

I do not get watches, you spend 2K on an inaccurate watch that will not keep up with a £20 atomic clock. why?

I've got a nice Citizen chrono, but I am not allowed to wear it at work, and generally forget the rest of the time...

An old mate of mine used to invest his ill gotten gains exclusively in watches, mostly Rolex. All money he couldn't put in the bank.
Last time I saw him, (about 4 years ago) he was up to £300,000 in Rolex's, Rolexii, or whatever a gaggle of watches is called. All increasing in value and easy to cash in.

Me, I have a good Victorinox, three Seiko's, and a solid gold Marvin (I was told they made the movements for Rolex) that was presented to my Grandad in the 1960s for 50 years service.

This. There's a Nigerian bloke at work who has multiple expensive watches, purely for the "need to get at cash quick" factor.

I'm happy with my $25 Timex, myself Smile

Left arm, facing outwards. Anything else is retarded.

I only tend to wear watches when travelling, and it is ALWAYS one of these - and when the strap eventually breaks after months and months of 24/7 (literally, I sleep with it) wearing I glue the watch 'bit' to a bike's yoke.

Design. Pinnacle.

I stopped wearing a watch when I used to work repairing CRT monitors and TVs - I had a watch with a metal strap, and every now and then I'd touch it on the circuit board and get a lovely electric shock through it.
There's nothing quite like 40,000V through your arm to wake you up.

Laughing

When I left a job a few years ago they got me a Suzuki watch as part of my leaving pressie - it's sat in the tin and never been worn.

I've also got my Great-Grandfather's pocket fob watch, which has been handed down through the generations. I keep it wound and ticking away, still keeps perfect time. I might buy myself a stovepipe hat and a 3 piece suit (and ting), and sport it in a Victorian engineer stylee.

Left arm, facing outwards.
It's one of these:
https://img.ibtimes.com/www/data/images/full/2011/11/29/196948-the-one-kerala-trance-kt102b1-116-03.jpg

Having said that, I haven't worn it for quite a while, due to the battery being dead.

left wrist facing outwards. Wearing one inwards just looks stupid and wearing it on my right wrist gets in the way.
I verry rarely wear a watch anyway. I either look at the time on the computer, or check my phone.

Agree, unless you're left handed, typically a watch is always worn on the opposite wrist to your writing hand.
