Went to look at a Hornet today and ended up putting a deposit down on it! 2003, 37k miles, in GOOD nick and £1600! Not a bad catch if i may say so myself Very Happy

Been looking at upgrading from my GS for a few months now, trying to find the most suitable bike for me and I have found it! May change the mirrors and indicators back to normal but it depends on how they are once I've got it.

Just can't wait to go pick her up in 2 weeks! Just thought i'd let you all know Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

1600 for a 37k miller?

damn that must make my 30k miller with penske shocker and ohlins front / steering damper worth alot more...

not meaning to burst your bubble but i picked my second hornet up 2000 20k miles. micron . new chain +S in box for £800.....

wow fair play mate! I mean yeah it has a new chain and sprocket set, decent tyres, and it was from a garage so it was more pricey but your's sounds a bargain! I'm still pleased though, my GS was cheap when I bought it and it showed through the lack of tread on tyres, sprocket wear and chain being terrible. I didn't want to pay little for something which would be poor. Confused

Looks bloody brilliant man!

Makes me realise how mugged off I'm getting potentially spending £1300-1400 on a half decent 125..

Ahh well hopefully will keep it's value fairly well Razz

Thumbs Up

Yeah that's the whole thing of it! It's the reason I did my A2, you pay 1500 for a half decent 125, and you spend the same amount for a half decent 600!

Cheers also bro Very Happy
