My licence is currently revoked (for points putting on), they said as soon as I send in proof of a name change I can have it back.

Since there's nothing to legally state you have officially changed your name I dont see why I have to?


I filled out a new application and sent it off, I got it back marked in red biro asking for said proof's. It's sat here since.
