wobbly under braking ?

Just wondering if anyone can tell me why my gs 500 feels wobbly when braking ?
Steady braking is fine but anything above steady the bike feels really wobbly , almost as if its about to slide out ?

I can't really explain it if I'm honest that's the best description I can give . Not rode in a while since last august , could it just be greasy roads ?

Is it a pulsing? Can you feel it in the brake lever? That would suggest a brake problem such as warped discs, failing master cylinder, a bubble somewhere in the system, old fluid ect.

If the front feels hard and the tyre is 'skipping' over bumps then it will probably be your suspension bottoming out.

It could also be other things.

However you're better asking fault related questions in the workshop section, not in general bike chat.

Checked your tyre pressures?? You may have lost a few psi since August
