Timing belt mechanic please

Hi does any one live close to market Bosworth Leicestershire

changed an engine on another diesel van put timing belt on

as person i bought it off had left it half off didn't realize till opened cover properly

but is slightly out of time turns over but fails to start fuel is coming through but i guess something is out ie TDC

Everything else is done just needs setting up correctly covers removed got all the tools but tried and carnt get it right

would take it to my local garage but there really busy atm and need it done asap

could anyone help at all?
