It's the back room, only the selected few have access.

Last post wins was moved there out of public view before being moved back.

Where do you think the mods go to discuss the latest flounces and who to or not to ban etc?

just about every forum has a private mod / admin area used to discuss site issues
why should BCF be any different

Na, they send it over to Denmark so it can no longer grace BCF, although that doesn't count for everything that's rumoured to head there....
