I've used www.ebuyer.com for years, never had a problem, always got stuff when it was promised. They're not the cheapest any more, but I'd rather give a few extra £££ to reward someone that I've come to trust, particularly regarding items being in stock when they say they are.

They've just excelled themselves though. I placed an order last night for a variety of bits, at 22:20. At 22:40 I got an "order dispatched" email, and the delivery was in my hands and signed for at 9:50am this morning. And that was their bog standard, no extra cost "next day" service.

So, woo hoo, extra storage space. The porn art must flow! Thumbs UpVery HappyThumbs Up

Ebuyer have always been great for me too - ordered a CPU years ago, never arrived, they sent another out with no questions asked. Been excellent for returns and delivery is always fast. Great company.

Yup, can't fault them. Excellent customer service and good products too.

I used to drive past their warehouse on the edge of the m62 near Howden quite regularly when I lived up that way (which has no relevance to anything really, just wanted to share).

I too have been using them for a number of years. Always had the best of customer service from them. I've use them for buying components mostly, but I've also used them to do complete builds first friends and family and they have ALWAYS come up trumps.

I've also had the same experience as rogerborg a few times. I had been researching about ssd's last year and when I finally made a decision at about half ten Ish I decided to order it.

It turned up the following day as promised. This is the main reason I use them. As rogerborg has said they may not be the cheapest but I too would rather pay that but more for a quality service that ebuyer continues to offer.

I've even ordered stuff before 6 on a Sunday and they have STILL been delivered on time. Can anyone think of another computer parts supplier that does this?

Another thumbs up for ebuyer.com

Been using them for years and like you said Roger, would rather pay a few quid over and know I will have no hassles if there is a problem (only been 2 in the years I've used them and resolved with a quick phone call).

Only used them once,a few years ago for a TV, they said it was in stock when I ordered. It took 10 days for next day delivery. Thumbs Down

I've used them as a supplier for years without any problems.

I generally go to BT Business Direct (Dabs) as they're usually cheaper and you can.talk to people instead of using an enotes system.

Used them for years, only once had a problem and they sorted that out fairly sharpish. Also bought my kitchen units & worktops from Wren (part of the same group), again no problems, better quality than B&Q and better price.

I've used them a few times and also like them. They also do their own branded stuff now which gets good reviews. They disguise the fact it's their own brand but as they are used to acting as a buyer I guess they are good at sourcing good manufacturers and good products.

I quite like their little speaker packages 2.1, surround sounds etc.

Ebuyer are good, unless you buy lots of stuff then they want to see a 2 month old utility bill and your passport/driving license. Which is a problem when all utility bills are dealt with online. Rolling Eyes

Their returns process worked nicely when I RMA'ed some ram last year.
