Very rare 98cc Benelli Letizia

The 98cc Benelli Letizia - this is the first motorcycle made by Benelli after the Second World War. They made just 3000 of these bikes in total of which there are just a handful left worldwide, and the Letizia was then joined by the Benelli Leoncini 125, the bike on which Leopoldo Tartarini won the 1953 Motogiro d'italia.

This little Benelli has been restored / renovated carefully to its exact original specification utilising the original parts - she runs beautifully and as for the overall condition, I will let the photos speak for themselves, but she is believed to be the best one left.

This bike is being auctioned with no reserve (always a risk!!) and a very, very low starting bid. She does not have tax or an MOT for the simple reason that she has not been used, but she is registered.
