My mate owns a waste transfer station / scrap metal merchants & has a very relaxed attitude to smoking (and H&S in general) on the premises.

We once gazed in wonder, from a safe distance, at one grunt knocking the brass valves off gas bottles while chuffing merrily away at his Woodbine

Just half an hour ago I saw a sign on the wall of a community centre that said:

THERE ARE
NO WARNINGS
IN THIS AREA.

Phew, glad I got that straight!
