Cheap Tail pack-a-like

Hi there
My son has just started going to college on a Marauder, (well he would if the bloody thing would start Confused

- see my post in the Workshop) and I'd rather he didn't put his lock'n'chain on his back/in his rucksack.

Does anyone know of an alternative to a "made for bikes" tail pack thing? It's got to be just big enough for his lock, and it's got to be cheaper than a cheap thing. (he is a student, after all)

I suggested he get his nan to knit him one, but that didn't go down too well!

I know at Fowlers in Bristol in their bargain bin type thing they had similar bags for 3 quid. Dunno what other bike shops have near to you though...
