It does, now you mention it.

Except the tank. And the wheels. The seat's different, too. And the headlight, that's not the same. I think the front suspension might not be the same either. Of course, this one has a cradle rigid frame instead of a single backbone monoshock style frame with the exhaust routed under the seat, but apart from that, yes it looks like a Madass.
