Hi guys on my way through Maidstone this afternoon my bike started making a loud abnormal noise and is now struggling to accelerate...I'm stumped to what it can be. When the same sort of symptoms happened with the girlfriends car last year it was a pipe on the radiator that needed replacing so I'm thinking it could be something like that on my bike.

It starts fine and does go, it sounds ok when it's ticking over.

Sorry it's a bit vague anyone have any ideas what it could be?

I'm desperate to get this sorted as my bike is my only mode of transport now.

Thanks

I should have updated sorry, there is a hole in the collector box, to be honest it was in a bad state when I bought it.

I have been quoted 300ish to have it repaired, sod that. It's a twin exhaust with 2 down pipes for each. I have found an exhaust on ebay that i can buy for a good price, just need confirmation that it's ok for my bike. Looks identical so feeling good.

Paddy has kindly said he can fit if for me. Thumbs Up

I took it out again last night and for some reason although it's still noisy it's running ok, not perfect but decent enough.

Is it ok to still be riding the bike? I won't cause it any damage will I?
