So im after a program that will basiclaly allow a couple of users to record their time against projects.

Lookign around there sloads of online ones but thats not wanted, we want to store the data locally.

Some thing like : https://www.toggl.com/ would be ideal if it was able to be hosted locally.

Short of creating my own database and front end for users is there anythign simple and easy and ideally free floating about that anyone knows of?

It may be similar to Toggl but have you checked out TSheets time tracker? I think you can use it on or offline and I know they have a free option...
