Not sure if this is anywhere near the right forum... but I was just wondering if there are any 125 teenies riding around in my general area who frequent these boards. Thought it might be intresting to know.

cheers guys

p.s. If you're not a 125 rider in Gloucester/Cheltenham, I've just wasted 2 minutes of your time - sorry dude Laughing

The TW125 isn't particularly fast.
The top speed you will get from most people is 65mph.
Although on the right hills, I have pushed 75.
Although that is 75 indicated speed, who knows how accurate it is, but after 60, it struggles.
Hell, after 55, it is weak.
Still fun though :>

yea it's a good laugh. I can get 60 from mine before things start becoming a little difficult. As you say though Josh - great fun to ride. Which year is yours? I reckon that the ones after the 2002 models look a bit crappy. Before that they're still clinging to a shread to Motocross-ness.

Mine is an 03, looking back I probably would have liked an older one more, they do look better, but I'm happy with it.
Except for the fact that lately with my new boots I have been slipping into Neutral and not 2nd, while I am pulling off, damn boots Rolling Eyes

Hi Guys,

Apologies for dipping into your thread but I thought I'd suggest a Road for you. The A435 road that goes from Cirencester to Cheltenham - fantastic road, good surface, full of twisties and 1 or 2 speed cameras - I use it regularly when I'm out for a ride, it really is great fun.

Have a good Ride and keep the rubber side down Wink

Although my riding style is fairly laid back ie. slower than the national average (hence the 'Mellow Yellow' Signature) I think I may struggle to keep the pace down Wink

Thaks for the invite though, I may pop along to your meeting place to say hi if you've no objections Thumbs Up
