nsr headlights

hi, i have trawled the bcf search for the answer but cant find it.
How do you change import headlight dip from right to left? preferably without naff sticky thing over the lights. Is it just a screw somewhere?

how would i go about doing it with tape? wouldnt it look like ive stuck tape over my lights though? not so nice

Mine was a southern ireland import, so I guess I dont have the head light problem but do still have kmh on the speedo, if you find where to get a sticker to convert it could you let us know, or if anyone else has found where you can get them be good
