I was on my way to my sisters and was taking a short cut. Needed to turn right but there were some bollards in the way so I decided to erm... utilise the fact my bike could go between them. Then seeing as the road was empty I decided to open the throttle a little. Wasn't going that fast and took the roundabout erm.... nicely.

Then I caught a glimpse of a bike cop behind me. Doh! Police

He said what the hell are you doing? I appologised profusly. Embarassed
Asked me if the bike was in my name and checked the tax disk.
Then gave me a very quick lecture. Which to be honest I deserved.
Then let me off. Thumbs Up Karma

Nice to see there are some nice coppers about, considering that if the last copper that pulled me over was there today he would have tried to take me to court. Rolling Eyes

Again big Thumbs Up for letting me off, points isn't the only way to make people learn. Karma

The best one was the one I had! I took off from the lights rather sharply and popped a "small" wheelie, for around 500yrds or so down the rd.

Only then did I look behind and see the blues flashing me.

The the conversation went along the lines of.

ME: "Yes officer"

plod "You have you docs on you?"

Me: "yes" :shows him "sorry I did pull away quite fast"

Plod. "How long you had the bike?"

Me: "about a month"

Plod: "Looks like you were having fun? I would do you for speeding and overtaking but there were to many cars to get you on camera! I don't mind you having some fun, It looked fun to me! and I admit I do the same on my bike. But please just do it somewhere a bit better and not along the high street ok?"

Me: "yes officer sorry!"

Plod: "Ok, off you go"

Good job I had my pinky on me, I also pulled up on the copshop car park too.

Gotta love some bike cops!

Very lucky if you did a wheelie through a high street IMO, could you of stopped if someone ran out infront of you while doing a wheelie? Rolling Eyes

Yesterday, we had a night cricket match in a ground nearby and a friend of mine was watching the same ,sitting on his bike.
A cop came attracted by the modified bike and asked for the owner.
Friend replied it was his and was asked to show license. Thumbs Down He replied he forgot to take it, which was ,unfortunately true!! Thumbs Down
And the fool added "WHATS THE BUZZ? I AM NOT RIDING IT< I WAS JUST SITTING ON IT"
He was taken with his bike to the station for some theory lesson and some hellocious tickets!!!
