Waterproof phone case for GS500

I'm looking for a waterproof phone case for my HTC Wildfire, to fit on to my 2004 GS500F.

Phone is about 105mm by 60mm by 13mm.

Clearance underneath my handle bars is about 10mm, maybe 13mm at a push (hard to measure).

Requirements for the case is that it is waterproof and that I'm able to plug a charging cable in to my phone whilst it is in the case.

I want the casing to go on the part of the bar which is directly beneath the ignition.

However I'm unsure as to whether it will fit due to the thumb screw used to tighten it up.

But I'm unsure on whether the strap can be completely undone so that it can wrap around a bar rather than sliding on to the bar. Also hesitant to buy that one because it's US based and I want the item as soon as possible?
