Sure it's worth a look, just make sure you know what you're looking at.

Cheap as chips. They're great bikes.

I love the way they've done the classic thing of not mentioning the mileage...are they hoping that the sale will be completed before the buyer notices the 600,000 miles on the clocks Laughing Surely the first thing everyone does when they phone the guy is ask them for it?

Definately, looks to be one of the cheaper examples and has had a respray, but if it's got MOT and Tax, bit of a steal at that price.

Only thing to go wrong (apart from if the thing's knackered and un-serviced throughout), is the reg/rec issue - but easy to spot if one's on the way out.

Go have a look, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's gone already. From previous experience, they don't hang around for long.

As said the reg/rec is one of the most common problems with the CB-1 it can also cause/accompany stator problems. Engine mounts are to be checked as these can crack.
That said they are a great bike. The engine is generally bullet proof. If i were you I'd go have a look and suss out the condition. Also have a sit on it cos if you're quite tall you may find it a little cramped as it is a short bike (good for me as I'm a short arse at 5'3" but I still find the ridding position a bit cramped up).
