Doubt it.
My ZXR was MOTed fine and there was no side stand switch fitted and the whole side stand system was bypassed at the clutch end wiring MOT'ed fine!
Don't quote me on it though ____________________ Current Toys: 06 Yamaha WR250F | Nissan 350Z GT | Tech 4 Homes |

In theory you need some protection to the side stand being down I believe for the MOT.
So yes, weather or not its checked is another question. ____________________ The BCF's very own Party boy! Though he's getting old and feeling it!
