So i noticed that my bike was Bogging out every now and again, when applying throttle, or when idling after a while, took the plug out and it's Blacker than black, Dry black, i believe that's due to being to rich?

If so, how do i make it less rich?.

Also the rubber that goes from the air filter box to what i believe is the Carb, has a rather big crack in it, Anybody know where i can get a replacement rubber or what they're called?, as i believe that oculd cause it to run lean / rich?, Also is there any difference between the normal NGK plug and the Iridium plug apart from the time it will last?.

Thanks

Have you just bought the bike or has this problem just started? First thing to check is the condition of your air filter. If it's dirty and clogged it could be causing your problems.

For the airbox to carb rubber you need part 13 on here https://www.hondaoriginalparts.com/honda_motorcycle_parts_selection_pfk.php?block_01=13KCHWU1&block_02=F__1501&block_03=1983

However you're better off getting that part from your local Honda dealer if you want to avoid paying £8 just for postage. You might be able to find the part on ebay but they were selling for around £20 when I was looking for this part.
