It looks like it's got a tumor on the side of its head.

Seriously, it's not bad but I really detest any Rossi merchandise. It's really cliché.

BMW managed to get their carbon helmet at around 1kg if I remember - always disappointed when I find others are more.

Think helmets like the X-Spirit (1250g) actually use a carbon shell too - but as it's not exposed, don't end up expecting it to be silly-light.

I really like it but you'd look like a right tart wearing it day-to-day on the road.

For many people everything in life is a fashion statement - from where they but their lunch to their house and everything in-between.
Certainly bikes are too.

I find I'm generally an anti-tart type of tart.
Looking at the pictures after a bike trackday wearing randomly coloured clothing, I was dismayed to find that I actually matched the bike's scheme quite well.

Not wanting to be seen to make an effort could be considered just as bad as wanting to make an effort!

What lives on my head.

Fashion statement? Dunno, just seemed a good price what I liked.

It is. It allows a cool breeze to flow round your head.

Not to be used in wet weather.
