cast help!

Hi 03 zx6r I have managed to snap the very bottom right lug of the stator casing ( thread part on engine). Now its pissing oil a little history this bolt/thread relationship has been a right pain in the arse first the bolt wouldnt grip because of thread on cast shredded so I helicoiled it that didnt do much then I tryed a timesert this did work I could get a good nip up on the bolt but the cast was slightly cracked a was weeping oil. So I was going to metal epoxy the cracked part. I lightly sanded the area then bang part of the cast lug fell off so all I have now is the timesert without the cast part surrounding it.

so does anyone know how I could duplicate the cast or am I completely screwed.
Any help would be great thanks.
