going to change the exhaust on dna 50cc to powerpipe, there is a pipe that goes from standard exhaust to top of engine do i need to block this off, also do i need to change jet and to what size jet.. thanks

You will need to upjet by about 5% but after a quick run you will have to check the plug colour and go from there.

As for the pipe going to the top of the engine you can just remove it as it's not needed. See here

Disconnect the pipe, put a suitable size bolt in the end and clamp it up.

Jetting i've no idea. Take a look at the "pugeot speedfight 2" thread for the plug colour guide, and also the dissasembled carb pics so you know what you're looking at.

Might be worthwhile googling up what jet sizes other people have used as a starting point.
