Why am I unable to rate anymore posts today? I have only rated about 5 or 6.

How many are you allowed?

I've a feeling that "today" is really "rolling 24 hour period". After a lot of rating in an evening I sometimes find I can only rate a couple the next day, until the evening rolls around again.

+1 for that, seems to be a 24 hour thing.
I cant rate anymore now, but by the time i'm home I will, because i'm here mostly in ze mornings
