You may get a nsr for this money if not you will get a ns I dought you will get a rs or a mito.

If you search around you should be able to just about get an old example of any of those bikes... but we are talking scouring adtrader/loot as soon as they come out.
Should definitely be able to find old NSRs for that.

Should be able to get an RS125 for £1000. Mines a 2001 and judging by what dealers offer its only work about £1500 so you should be able to get a 97 RS for around £1000.

Look on https://www.125racereplicas.co.uk/for_sale.htm .They have bargains now and again but as its a dealer you expect to pay slightly more than you would in a private sale.

They have a nice R6 on there.

Its basically the older version of the rs125, performance is very good and reliability is about the same as the rs125 as well. They are good bikes basically.

Do get a shiney bike for your first bike. You will crash it.
You want someting that you can mess around with and really push to it's limits and yours!
You won't look like a prat. I recommed a Yam DT or CG or something.
